This listing features our beautiful rooted String of Hearts Ceropegia Woodii or so called Silver Glory in a 6 inch pot with root and dirt.
The rare and highly sought after plant features trailing strands that grow up to 50 inches long. String of Hearts look perfect in hanging baskets.
Some are flowering and some even have fruits! These are the longest string of hearts that we have. They are wonderful and we only have a few, so hurry up before they’re gone :).
